Beautiful storage vessel found in a shipwreck in the Aegean Sea, large enough to be a beautiful floor vase. Originally, in Byzantine era, would have been used to store and ship either wines, oils, liquids or similar. Beautiful patina throughout the body and neck. Incised lines surround the neck. Repaired crack and loss consistent with age, in solid condition.
