Beautiful mid 18th century Dutch rococo chest on stand featuring some of the most beautiful wood and construction. Nearly two inch thick boards of oak used throughout the body and drawers, a two board top and single board side panels with elm used as a secondary wood, all with an incredibly dark and rich patina throughout. Stunning four drawer form on top of beautiful Queen Anne style legs. Lovely brass pulls and escutcheons, beautiful hand hewn backing boards. A lovely and expressive chest of drawers.
