Incredible and crudely carved Romanesque depiction of Saint George, wielding a sword next to a slain dragon, underneath a pillared archway with a winged recumbent lion overhead. Beautiful, both in its simplicity and crudeness, as well as its masterful representation. Tonally, the marble has hues of beige and brown streaked across its foundational cold white tone, it catches sunlight in an incredibly dynamic way. Mounted to a small steel stand, presenting itself upright.
